Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 31 OCT 2023 meetings were reviewed. Bob Ross moved to
approve the minutes. Weston Beal seconded. Without objection the minutes were
approved.


Call for opens:


AR review:
 - Bob Ross send  to Tammy Patton IBISCHK7.2.1 Agreement to finish the 
   signature process and return fully signed copies to Lance Wang, SAE-ITC.
      done
 - Weston Beal, continue working on new IQ4 tests and automation document
   (perhaps by DesignCon 2024)

 - Bob Ross send Draft7 of the TSCHK2.1.0 technical specification

Discussion:
a. Bob Ross gives update on IBISCHK7.2.1 Agreement and follow-up on Atul’s 
   questions.
   The group discussed Atul’s proposal to change the text of E5810 related to 
   BUG244. The task group instruction to resolve the bug is to issue an error 
   (E5810) only when one of the other specified errors is found. We reviewed 
   our extensive discussions when writing this bug report. We still agree that 
   the conditional rules for this change in the parser make the best solution.
   Atul also asked for clarification on BUG241 related to NC signal_name. The 
   bug report correctly shows the change needed to make the parser compliant 
   with the specification.

b. Weston Beal gives an update new IQ4 test and automation document
   no update this week.

c. Continue working on TSCHK2.1.0 parser specification and contract
   no update this week.
